Redwings Horse Sanctuary is looking for a compassionate and approachable Human Resources Advisor to support our dedicated staff across all Redwings sites. You will join our busy People Team at our headquarters in Hapton, Norfolk, offering first-line HR advice and support to managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
Redwings is one of the largest horse welfare charities in the UK, where everything we do is for the love of the horse. Working for us means that you can make a real difference in the lives of our people and the horses in our care while helping to ensure that Redwings remains a supportive, safe, and empowering workplace.
Supporting our Head of People, you’ll be responsible for functional HR processes relating to areas such as employee relations, retention and performance management. You’ll also help to drive and implement staff training initiatives, as well as being at the heart of championing employee wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with solid experience in providing HR advice and guidance. You’ll bring a strong track record across a broad range of HR functions and demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise and manage a busy, varied workload.
