We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team. In this hands on role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, employee relations and HR projects.
You’ll play a key role in helping to deliver HR strategy and operational services across the business, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and support meaningful change. This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same and your ideas and energy will be valued from day one.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
  • Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.)
  • Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes
  • High attention to detail, solutions focused approach and a collaborative mindset
  • Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.
