Responsibilities
  • Support human resources functions across TECC’s operations, assisting with processes that align with business goals and compliance obligations
  • Assist in coordinating human resources and workplace relations functions, contributing to planning, organisation, and general HR support
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures to promote compliance and positive workplace culture
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes by assisting with candidate screening, documentation, and orientation logistics
  • Provide administrative support in workforce planning, performance reviews, and learning and development initiatives
  • Assist in managing employee relations by helping to document concerns and facilitate communication between staff and managers
  • Assist in organising training sessions, maintaining compliance records, and tracking development activities
  • Help update employment records and maintain templates for contracts, compensation data, and benefits documentation
  • Assist with WHS documentation and help coordinate related internal communications and workplace safety reminders
  • Assist with maintaining HR reports and tracking metrics to identify trends or compliance gaps
  • Contribute to internal communications and engagement programs that support a positive workplace culture
