THE ROLE
his senior Human Resources position reports to and supports the Manager of Human Resources in the development of strategies and implementation of programs and services designed to enhance and support the employee experience, workplace culture goals, and optimize organizational performance. The Human Resources Advisor provides technical subject matter expertise to all members of the Human Resources team; proactively sharing information and knowledge through informal mentoring. As a workplace culture champion, the HR Advisor plays a critical role in the advancement of the workplace culture goals by supporting leaders with strategies, tools and resources to achieve Accountability, Connection and Excellence.
In line with our strategic vision, Town Plan and workplace culture, Accountable, Connected and Excellence (ACE), this position will be required to demonstrate ethical, respectful, and professional leadership by inspiring others to take personal ownership and contributing to the development and alignment of organizational strategy and goals.
