Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and escalate complex issues to HR Managers.
  • Support the delivery of the firm’s HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to line managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory leave legislation and processes.
  • Collect and prepare monthly payroll information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Update employee relations trackers and liaise with compliance teams.
