POSITION OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including
talent management, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. This position serves as a trusted advisor, guiding employees and managers through the employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work in-office or in-branch based on the needs of the role
and/or as required be management. Preference will be given to candidates that can work hybrid in
Vancouver or Victoria. Travel to branches within British Columbia may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment, with astrong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levelsof the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional HR certification is an asset.
