  • Key Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, right‑to‑work checks, visa administration and maintaining employee records.
  • Produce HR reporting and analytics, ensuring high‑quality data and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Support annual HR cycles such as performance management, compensation reviews and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide recruitment administration support, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination and offer preparation.
  • Assist with HR projects and provide administrative support on employee relations matters where required.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, delivering a professional and responsive service.
