HR ANALYST/CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11218

Job Type: Full-Time

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Summer: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Pay Range: Compensation based on experience; approximately $85,000 - $90,000 per year DOE
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Analyst & Contract Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This unique role blends HR data analysis with contract drafting and management, requiring someone who is analytical, legally savvy, and comfortable working with sensitive information. QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
2. 3+ years in HR analytics and/or contract management.
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and legal terminology.
4. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
5. Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Strong communication and ability to manage confidential information.
