Description

The OPEX Process Analyst plays a key role in enabling global HR transformation by ensuring future-state HR processes are clearly defined, documented, governed, and effectively adopted across regions. This role collaborates closely with Global Process Owners, HR Centers of Excellence, and regional teams to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence—while maintaining the balance between global consistency and local business needs. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving end-to-end HR process documentation in partnership with global and regional stakeholders * Ensuring process materials remain accurate and up to date, reflecting ongoing improvements, stakeholder input, and governance requirements * Supporting governance frameworks that promote consistency and alignment across regions and business units * Acting as a point of ownership for process standards, including managing escalations where needed * Identifying and driving opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality * Partnering with Digital HR and Technology teams to prioritize and implement process improvements, including system-related enhancements (e.g., ServiceNow) * Contributing to system design and optimization through process expertise, including workflows, automation logic, and case handling * Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track process effectiveness * Analyzing performance trends, identifying recurring issues, and recommending solutions * Providing insights and reporting to HR Operations and leadership teams on process performance and improvement outcomes * Supporting change adoption through clear documentation, process visuals, and training materials * Building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to enable consistent process execution globally Who You Are: You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
