Description Position Summary The HR Analyst serves as both the administrative backbone of the HR department and a data-savvy professional who tracks HR information. This role is the first point of contact for employees on routine HR matters and manages HR systems, records, and reporting. The HR Analyst ensures all HR data is accurate and works to digitize workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and training. The role also includes full responsibility for internal credentialing and privileging per FTCA guidelines and supports insurance credentialing in collaboration with the billing department. Time Allocation Employee Support and HR Administration – 50% HRIS Management, Credentialing, and Workflow Digitization – 30% HR Data Reporting and KPI Analysis – 20% Key Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for employee time, attendance, and benefits inquiries. Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Administer HRIS and digitize HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, training). Manage internal credentialing and privileging processes per FTCA guidelines. Coordinate insurance credentialing in partnership with billing. Support benefits input and coordination with payroll. Generate HR reports and analyze KPIs to improve employee experience. Assist with compliance audits and HRSA reporting. Provide administrative support to the HR department. Familiar with PCMH standards and work as part of the medical team to provide patient-centered care. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization. Requirements Qualifications Associates or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in HR support or analyst role. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and analytical skills. Experience with credentialing and privileging processes in healthcare settings preferred. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and patient handling. Exposure to clinical environments, including infectious diseases and biohazards. Occasional travel and irregular hours may be required.
Responsibilities
