The Human Resources Analyst – Southern Europe acts as the pivotal bridge between global HRIS strategy and our properties in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, ensuring data quality, empowering local HR teams with reporting capabilities and driving the adoption and optimal utilization of our HR / digital tools. The HR Analyst acts as a champion for data literacy, fostering a digital and data-driven culture within the Southern Europe division. Primary Responsibilities Include Data quality management: Conduct regular data audits across Southern Europe properties to identify and correct data inaccuracies and inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to global data standards.​ Collaborate with the Global HRIS team to implement data governance policies within Southern Europe. Serve as the first point of contact for data-related inquiries from local HR teams, escalating complex issues to the Global HRIS team as needed.​ Global HRIS Liason: Gather feedback from Southern Europe properties regarding functionality and usability of tools and relay this to the Global HRIS team for improvements.​ Communicate updates, changes, and enhancements from the Global HRIS team to the Southern Europe properties in a clear and timely manner, tailored for Southern Europe.​ Reporting and Analytics support: Provide training and guidance to local HR teams on utilizing Belmond’s (LVMH) tools.​ Develop report templates tailored to the specific needs of Southern Europe properties, ensuring consistency in reporting metrics. HR System adoption and optimization: Drive the successful adoption and utilization of the new core HR system within the Southern Europe division.​ Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and workflows through the effective use of the HR system. What You Bring A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics roles. Finds reward in solving technical and data problems. Advanced skills in Excel with an interest in Business Intelligence.​ Understands data concepts like naming conventions, data types, data quality dimensions (e.g. completeness, timeliness, validity, etc). Strong communication skills – ability to translate complex requirements into simple and easy to understand language​. Speaks fluently English and Italian. Desirable ​ Experience of using an established HR enterprise system (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Cornerstone etc…) either as an end-user or as a back-end administrator. Experience of training end-users. Understanding in project management/business analysis concepts (e.g. requirements gathering, scope, UAT)​.
