Are you a recent graduate excited to embark on your career? Do you want to make a positive difference in the world? Are you excited to work with talented individuals from across the globe on life-changing investment projects?
If you’re nodding along to these questions and you think you have the skills and interest to help us develop and implement innovative solutions to international development challenges, then read on to see if the HROD Analyst role in our International Professionals Programme is for you.
Who are we? “It’s Banking, but not as you know it”
In the Human Resources & Organisational Development (HROD) Department, we oversee all aspects of strategic people management for the EBRD, from recruitment to learning and development and talent management. The department is key in ensuring that the Bank has the right people in the right places at the right time so that the Bank can continue to deliver on its mission to invest in changing lives around the world.
What are we offering? “Not your average 9-5”
Our 24-month International Professionals Programme (IPP) is an immersive, focused and supportive programme for successful graduates to unleash their potential and kick-start a career at the EBRD.
The IPP is made up of assignments designed to provide meaningful, hands on experience, and the opportunity to develop your skills alongside top subject matter experts in a range of fields. There will be rotations through departments relevant to HR, as well as an assignment to one of our Resident Offices, deepening your understanding of and engagement with the very core of the EBRD’s mission and impact in our countries of operations.
During the programme you will undertake a tailored learning and development plan which encompasses in-depth technical training as well as personal and business skills development. You will be supported by your line manager, and a dedicated Programme Manager.

Responsibilities

As an HROD Analyst, you will spend time in various teams across the department, working cross- functionally with colleagues both within HROD and in the business. You’ll get everything you need from your rotations and on-the-job training to prepare you for a future career contributing to the Bank’s people plan. Depending on the teams you work with, activities you will be involved in could include:

  • Talent Development
  • Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
  • Staff Engagement
  • Employee Relations/People Solutions & Advisory
  • Reward and Benefits
  • Talent Acquisition

What are we looking for? “We embrace difference, to make a difference”

In addition to initiative and a sense of adventure, we are also looking for diverse candidates who have the following:
