Description

We are seeking an experienced HR and Administration to join our team. This role requires managing HR functions and administrative duties for a staff of 100 employees. The ideal candidate will manage employee performance reviews, reward systems, ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain accurate employee records, and handle basic accounting tasks. This role is crucial for achieving high employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles / Math A (SPM result).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing HR functions for a large team.

    Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Management: Assist with day-to-day HR functions and duties. Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Employee Support and Communication: Respond to applicant and employee questions about policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Assist with payroll functions, including processing, answering questions, fixing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Performance and Reward Management: Manage and review reward systems for staff performance. Assist with planning and executing employee recognition events and reward programs.
  • General Administration and Basic Accounting: Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices and managing expense reports, as well as rental and utilities payments for branches.
