Description Position Summary Responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources functions while also supporting administrative and operational processes related to billing, reconciliations, and organizational policy management. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can balance employee support, compliance responsibilities, financial coordination, and administrative oversight in a dynamic environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the organization’s mission and operational goals. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in human resources, office administration, or related roles. Experience with billing, reconciliations, or financial administrative processes. Knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and confidentiality standards. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll or billing software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Certifications SHRM certification preferred. Human Resources Functions Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Assist with employee benefits administration, enrollment, and related communications Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping coordination Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits Responsible for employee relations matters and performance management processes Coordinate training, compliance requirements, and staff development initiatives Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring to staff related to organization processes. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information Policy & Compliance Administration Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures Maintain and update employee handbook and policy manuals Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Assist with OSHA documentation, workplace safety initiatives, and required reporting Monitor required certifications, licenses, and employee compliance documentation Center Billing & Financial Coordination Manage membership billing processes Process payments, invoices, account adjustments, and membership updates Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and related financial records Coordinate with finance staff regarding deposits, reporting, and discrepancies Maintain accurate billing and membership records Assist with reporting and analysis related to membership activity and revenue tracking Administrative & Organizational Support Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation Support organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned Maintain organized records and filing systems Assist with board, committee, or leadership administrative support as needed Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment Demonstrate an understanding of how SHARE’s IMPACT values help achieve our mission to identify, develop, and foster programs and services that further the health and well-being of the people of our community and surrounding areas. Requirements Physical and Mental Requirements Sedentary Work: Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The minimum requirements of this position require this individual to: Hear alarms/telephone/normal speaking voice Have good manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard Have clarity of vision with/without corrective lenses Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner This position is considered Safety Sensitive under applicable Arkansas laws about the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. This position includes as part of the job duties performing life-threatening procedures and regularly working with controlled substances, foods, medicine, and highly sensitive and confidential medical information. This position is one in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death. For the safety of the employee and others, the employee must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and concentrate for long periods of time while performing life-threatening procedures and working with controlled substances, foods, medicine and confidential medical information.
