Description Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Human Resources and Communications Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, candidate outreach, onboarding support, and corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition and HR operations who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external partners. The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruiting efforts, maintaining accurate HR data, and assisting with various administrative tasks, while also gaining exposure to employer branding and communication initiatives. Responsibilities: Support the recruiting process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with a high level of accuracy Assist with job postings across platforms and help track posting performance Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, file management, and data entry Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation Support reporting and tracking of recruiting and HR metrics Create graphics and assist with generating content for employer branding initiatives Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed Requirements Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong career interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR operations Must have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates via email and phone Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, FL Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in employer branding/social media Experience with Canva or other design tools
