JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources & Culture Strategist to direct key aspects of our workforce and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Project Manager and Site Supervisors for continuously improving the employee culture. This role is critical in fostering a positive and productive workplace by overseeing hiring and firing processes, boosting team morale, creating a positive work culture, resolving employee issues, streamlining communications, and creating leadership strategies and training. This role champions the company’s values and vision, playing a key role in shaping and maintaining a thriving organizational culture aligned with strategic goals The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, empathetic leader, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience in human resources, operations management, or a related role.
· Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Construction/Industrial/Civil Experience an asset.
This position requires weekly in person meetings in Golden, BC. Canditates must live locally or be willing to relocate.
