The Role As the Human Resources & ER Manager, you will act as the primary contact for operational HR matters across the business. You will implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple regions, and partner with managers to support performance, leadership capability, engagement, and workforce development. You will also play a key role in enhancing our employee experience, strengthening our internal talent pipeline, and ensuring our global teams are equipped to succeed. Most importantly, you are a HR professional who’s been longing for a culture driven team, that’s got that sweet & spicy flair xx Key Responsibilities Act as the key contact for operational HR matters for local managers. Implement HR strategies, guidelines and procedures aligned with broader business objectives. Ensure compliance with employment legislation across all regions, providing advice and leveraging legal counsel when required. Support managers in resolving HR issues, grievances and employee concerns through facilitation and mediation. Develop and implement internal training programs aligned with business goals and employee growth. Proactively manage ER/WHS issues, escalating major matters as required. Enhance recruitment processes and optimise the use of ATS platforms. Implement workplace culture strategies that promote communication, collaboration and engagement. Implement systems, policies and processes that support performance and positive behaviours. Manage and motivate direct reports. Build team capability through coaching, performance development and professional support. Ensure compliance with safe work policies and procedures. Report incidents, hazards and near misses promptly. Complete all required training and support WHS initiatives. You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive, confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This role requires previous experience managing complex ER cases, including; investigations, grievance resolution and disciplinary processes. Your Sweet Spots (About You) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR Manager/ HR Business Partner role. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational capability and attention to detail.
