You will also schedule meetings and support the team’s administrative needs, gaining exposure to corporate legal processes and regional compliance workflows. What do we look for? Active and advanced Law student. Bachelor’s degree completed or all coursework finished. Advanced English (mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 👥 As Human Resources Intern You will help create a smooth and engaging employee experience by coordinating onboarding sessions, maintaining HR files, and supporting employee requests. You will collaborate on benefits activities, engagement initiatives, updates to HR policies, and audit preparation. This role will allow you to develop strong organizational and communication skills. What do we look for? Active student in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related. Advanced English. Strong customer service, communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Interest in HR processes and employee interactions. 👥 As Payroll Intern You will support payroll operations by reviewing employee data, assisting with reports, and helping manage social security submissions and administrative tasks. You will work with HR and external payroll vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance, while gaining exposure to multi‑country payroll processes and systems. What do we look for? Active student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, HR or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality and strong organizational skills. Interest in learning multi‑country payroll within a multinational environment. 👥 As People Services Intern You will support employees and managers by managing inquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate follow‑up and documentation. You will assist with HR processes, help improve workflows through process mapping and data quality reviews, and support updates to global HR documentation. This role will give you hands‑on experience in HR operations within a multinational environment. What do we look for? Active student in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Responsibilities
Interns will support either the Legal, Ethics & Compliance team with administrative and coordination tasks, or assist the Human Resources team with employee experience coordination, file maintenance, and engagement initiatives. Specific roles also cover payroll support or People Services inquiry management via ServiceNow.
