ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile HR & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends HR coordination with systems and operations support, making it critical for both people management processes and technical workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comfort with technology platforms that drive business efficiency.
This is a remote position with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Post jobs on Indeed and other platforms, manage candidate pipeline, and schedule interviews.
  • Hiring Coordination: Follow up with hiring managers for feedback and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • SharePoint Management: Maintain internal SharePoint sites with accuracy and structure.
  • Azure Active Directory: Assist with user account creation, updates, and access management.
  • License & Access Audits: Conduct regular audits of software licenses and user permissions.
  • Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate flows and Microsoft Forms to improve efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain HR and IT process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Operational Support: Partner with leadership to support daily operations, helping to streamline systems and processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or IT/operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Forms, and other workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience with IT license management and compliance audits.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
  • Proven track record of streamlining HR and IT processes through automation.
