Garden Spring Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Human Resources & Payroll professional to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with experience in both HR and payroll who thrives in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: Prior Human Resources experience in a long-term care or inpatient healthcare setting.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, benefits management, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
