Angelic Care is a boutique Registered NDIS Provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred disability supports.

We are seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to manage and support our day-to-day HR functions. This is a dedicated HR position, working Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and employment offers
  • Prepare employment contracts and relevant HR documentation
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and induction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Manage employee documentation, qualifications, clearances and compliance requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR processes within Employment Hero
  • Support employee performance management, probation reviews and performance reviews
  • Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance regarding employment conditions
  • Apply relevant requirements under the SCHADS Award, National Employment Standards and Fair Work legislation
  • Coordinate employee training and monitor completion of mandatory training
  • Maintain and review HR policies, procedures and employee documentation
  • Support disciplinary processes, formal meetings, warnings and employment separations where required
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive employee information is appropriately managed
  • Work within ShiftCare where required to support employee profiles, compliance and HR-related workforce information

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources / People & Culture role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or substantial relevant HR experience
  • Experience working with Employment Hero
  • Familiarity with ShiftCare
  • Sound knowledge of the SCHADS Award
  • Knowledge of the National Employment Standards and Fair Work requirements
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and record keeping
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience within the NDIS/disability sector is highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence
