WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?

  • Minimum GRADE 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
  • UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Some office/admin experience
  • Communication, team working & customer care.
  • IT, admin, number & presentation skills.
  • Analytical, logical, attention to detail & initiative.
  • Problem solving, non-judgemental & patient.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality & trustworthy.
  • Prioritisation & deadline driven.
Responsibilities
  • Providing admin support for all HR matters.
  • Taking first-line response to all phone queries and providing basic advice where appropriate.
  • Providing admin support for the recruitment process including drafting job adverts, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Processing letters, forms and reports in a timely manner.
  • Supporting managers with basic queries on policies and processes.
  • Handling confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintaining and updating HR records and systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Supporting the HR team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve our HR function.
  • Attending meetings as note taker and typing up any meeting notes as required.
  • Ensuring all internal HR processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Undertaking any other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department consistent with the nature of the post.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training
