OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical credentialing, employment law, and talent acquisition processes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of human resources management principles, practices, and employment & labor law.
  • Experience with talent acquisition processes, including recruiting strategies and workforce management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies as they relate to HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using various HR software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Administrative experience in an HR setting is preferred; knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of social media management for employer branding purposes is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records; specifically, handling medical credentialing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist with compliance related to FMLA, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and other employment laws.
  • Support change management initiatives by helping to communicate changes effectively across the organization.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain data integrity for HR-related information.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict management.
