  We are currently seeking an entry level Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will assist in the Human Resources department with administrative duties and clerical duties. In charge of Human Resources records, confidential documentation, also responsible, but not limited to filing, faxing, copying and organizing department files. Responsibilities & Essential Duties include but are not limited to: * Accumulate, organize and archive paperwork necessary for employee records * Assist with general human resource clerical tasks, such as creating personnel files and processing applications * Assist with projects including, but not limited to benefits, employee relations or any HR events * Answer employee questions and refer to specialist as needed * Keeping track of all Personal Time Off or Vacation Time Off for all employees * Assist with answering phone calls, faxing, organizing records and any other clerical duties available upon request from manager Job Requirements * High School Diploma * Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.) * Knowledge of general archiving and filing records * Ability to detect discrepancies or errors * Ability to compare and contrast variety of sources for accuracy and completeness * Ability to type and operate office equipment * Bilingual ( English-Spanish ) * Must be able to work rotating Saturdays Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * 401K * Bus passes
