Are you highly organised, people-focused, and looking for a rewarding part-time role in HR? At Available Car, we’re looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to support our Preparation Managers with a variety of day-to-day HR tasks.
What you’ll be doing:

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Preparation Centre running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with holiday requests and authorisations
  • Managing return-to-work documentation
  • Booking and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates
  • Liaising with the central HR department to support a wide range of tasks
  • Providing general admin support to the Preparation Managers
