Our Corporate Headquarters office located in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources (HR) Assistant. Position will report to the Milledgeville, GA office Monday - Friday. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct multiple background checks daily Contact and document applicant references Cover front reception desk as required Coordinate and maintain employment files Maintain employee data base Maintain applications for 1 year. Responsibilities
The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by ensuring information is kept orderly and compliant, which includes conducting daily background checks and documenting applicant references. This role also involves coordinating and maintaining employment and terminated files, maintaining the employee database, and covering the front reception desk as needed.
