Why This Role Matters Our HR team connects people, systems, and processes across two states. You’ll play a key role in keeping those moving parts aligned, organized, and up to date. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the HR Manager with onboarding, offboarding, and record management. Maintaining employee data, compliance items, and training records in Paylocity. Helping prepare communication for company newsletters, recognition, and announcements. Assisting with benefits administration, payroll updates, and PTO tracking. Organizing HR files, templates, and checklists for efficiency and consistency. Scheduling meetings and preparing materials for HR and leadership discussions. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction. Requirements What you Bring 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (pharmacy or healthcare a plus) A love for details, structure, and accountability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidence using Google Suite Professional discretion and a calm, grounded presence.
