We form value through combined effort with our customers and stakeholders. What We Need: We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join McCLARIN Composites. This position is a 1st shift full-time position. We may consider part-time. This position will be located at the corporate office in Hanover, PA. As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative support to the human resources operations and will report to the Human Resources Manager. This role will require you to be bilingual in English and Spanish. A Day in the Life of: Assist in the recruitment and selection process in both PA & WA locations, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating post-offer testing, and background checks. Support talent acquisition efforts to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner. Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation programs. Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development initiatives. Assists with planning and coordinating associate engagement activities Become a member of the company Safety Committee; attend all meetings and provide administrative support as needed at the direction of the Director of Operations and HR Manager. Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned Requirements What Makes You Qualified: Minimum high school diploma and/or college degree a plus 1-2 years of recruiting experience Minimum of 1-year human resources experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Must Haves: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Requirements are general office management skills as described in essential functions, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively; professional attitude and appearance; accurate and timely data entry; and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Interpersonal Skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things. Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings. Written Communication—the individual edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information.
