JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide and deliver a comprehensive and effective generalist Human Resources support service, as required, to the Human Resources Business Partner. The role will be responsible for the administration of various Human Resources processes, as directed by the Human Resources Business Partner. Assisting with correspondence that underpins Human Resources policies/procedures, as well as contributing to the essential auditing of processes. This role will also provide team resilience in support of process, policy and procedure.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To provide an administration support to generalist Human Resources activity as allocated to this role as well as supporting administrative activity to the Human Resources team, as directed by the Human Resources Business Partner.
  2. To produce accurate and timely correspondence for all aspects of processes, as over seen by this role. To ensure that all documents are recorded appropriately on the Human Resources designated system, and filed to ensure that any follow-ups are documented timely, accurately and escalated where appropriate.
  3. To maintain accurate records for processes, as overseen by this role
  4. To input information into the Human Resources designated system accurately, to include updating employee related data.
  5. Contribution to key performance indicators and associated projects relating to these.
  6. To provide accurate reporting on essential data and metrics
  7. To provide support in the usage and development of the College’s HR System.
  8. Ensure that all aspects of HR policies/processes are adhered to in a timely manner, and Service Level Agreements are delivered.
  9. To provide general administrative support, photocopying, filing, meeting, and greeting, answering the telephone and providing information to customers on queries and processes

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To carry out all duties in accordance with the College’s Health and Safety, Safeguarding & Equality & Diversity policies, procedures, practices, and training.
· To carry out any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
