Description Human Resources Assistant Pleasantville, NJ | Full-Time Property management company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative HR department. What You’ll Do Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, job offer letters, employment screening Assist with new hire onboarding and employee orientations Maintain employee records and support HR compliance efforts Help administer benefits, leave tracking, and training requirements Serve as backup support for payroll when needed Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources Assist with employee relations matters, audits, and company initiatives Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR experience preferred Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity, a plus) Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills Professional, positive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Team player who enjoys supporting a people-focused workplace Why Join US!
