Job Description Communicate with all levels with professionalism, utilize computer and office equipment to process employee onboarding, maintain new hire files, run background checks/rechecks, track expiring documents (DL, Auto Insurance, MVRs), update document tracking systems, interface with Operations team, Managers and Office teams, prepare materials for monthly group meetings, training sessions, and annual events. Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution to all requests and questions.
