KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative tasks.
  • Experience working in a busy HR department, with knowledge of the HE sector being desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Arranging and producing agendas and minutes for meetings and ensuring follow-up on actions.
  • Supporting investigations and hearings, including note-taking and producing meeting packs.
  • Managing responses to complex and sensitive correspondence.
  • Assisting in generating employee relations-related data analytics reports.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records and files.
  • Interacting with stakeholders at all levels and building positive working relationships.
