Our Human Resources Team is looking for fresh graduates to join us in Ortigas for the role of Human Resources Assistant (Fixed Term Employment).
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various HR functions, including but not limited to training, recruitment and employee records management. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while assisting in the coordination of HR programs and initiatives.

What the role will entail
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and policy implementation.
Ensure accurate filing and updating of personnel files, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
Help organize training sessions, employee engagement programs, and internal communications.
Address routine employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare HR reports, monitor deadlines, and support audits and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree holder in any field
