Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and selection process Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives Assist with HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR information and assistance Help manage and organize HR events, meetings, and trainings Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned Associate degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field Prior experience in an HR administrative role or similar position is preferred Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in using HR software and MS Office suite Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Accommodation (if necessary) and Board Transportation costs Participation in educational programs
