We host multiple employee events throughout the year and provide a fun atmosphere where employees look forward to coming to work!   Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and assisting with new employee orientations * Assist with the administration of the HR System - ADP * Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll * Complete benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits and answering benefit-related questions * Assist with the administration of training, including training sessions and working with management to ensure training is completed on time * Complete various HR-related reporting * Administrative and clerical duties * Work closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issues   Job Requirements: * Degree in Human Resources or two years experience in a related field * Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook * Type 50 wpm * Strong interpersonal skills * Organized * Detail oriented  * Ability to meet deadlines * Team oriented * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Excellent written and oral communication skills   About Our Company: Since our inception in 1983, Grizzly Industrial, Inc.
