Schedule:
Per Diem - Shifts as Needed (Up to 16 Hours Per Week)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis. This role supports a wide range of HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Monday through Friday availability is required, although shifts will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork
Maintain employee files and manage data entry
Track and update spreadsheets related to staff qualifications and credentials
Participate in staff engagement activities and recognition efforts
Support general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and record keeping
Communicate professionally with employees and leadership via email and in person
Provide support for various HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
Prior administrative or office support experience, preferably in Human Resources
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG/Ultipro (REQUIRED)
