ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team. You will support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR functions such as payroll preparation, holiday tracking, and attendance management.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UK employment laws.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and preparing reports.
