The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.     Morenci is a unique company town where our employees and their families can reconnect with nature through hiking, fishing, camping, hunting and numerous parks. Visit the Morenci town website to learn more. What You Will Do Responsible for the administration of and assist employees in completing insurance, unemployment, workers' compensation and other personnel forms.  Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences.  Handle or refer personnel related inquiries and checks references.  Assist in compiling human resource related statistics for management.  May handle paper flow for periodic reviews.  Assist in maintaining employee files.  Perform other duties as requested.  What You Bring To Freeport One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work.   Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications  Preferred Qualifications Proficient in database management tools  Human resource admin or office support work experience  Experience using excel What We Offer You  The estimated pay range for this role is currently $20.50 - $28.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
