As an HR Assistant, you will assist with HR operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and contributing to a positive work environment. In This Role, You Will: Support onboarding programs for new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately Direct employee inquiries to the appropriate HR team member Create HR communication and reports as required Ensure that company intranet and HRIS are kept up to date Coordinate employee engagement activities Other job duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to create clean, visually appealing documents or presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in HRIS or payroll systems preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Assistant will support onboarding programs, maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately, and direct employee inquiries to the appropriate team members. This role also involves creating HR communications and reports, keeping the HRIS up to date, and coordinating employee engagement activities.
