Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in IOM Nicosia, Cyprus and direct supervision of the Human Resources Associate and in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and the Administrative Centers, the Human Resources Assistant will have the following duties and responsibilities:
