JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a foundational understanding of human resources practices, including workforce management and conflict management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an administrative or human resources role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus.
  • Strong interviewing skills with an understanding of effective hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Excel is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
  • Coordintae employee sponsored events
  • Manage the schedule for the owner & emails
  • Input time off requests
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement workforce management strategies that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes by providing support to employees and management as needed.
  • Prepare Training presentations
