QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR is preferred; candidates with limited experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong academic performance.
  • English fluency required; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll (Success factors, HRC…) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (VLOOKups, Pivot tables) is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The HR Administrative Assistant provides administrative and generalist support to the regional HR office and Benefits center of excellence. This role ensures timely follow-up and communication with regional team members, assists in regional office with payroll, onboarding processes, and supports day-to-day HR operations and benefits center of excellence admin support.

BENEFITS-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support obtaining data for 401k audits and other audits – supporting following up with every school.
  • Review forms submitted for leave of absence to ensure full completion from beginning to end.
  • Ensure forms and documentation are properly filed at all times.

PAYROLL-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inputting data for payroll for the regional office.
  • Ensure timely data entry into SuccessFactors and payroll and and background check systems (HireRight) in the region.
