Description The Human Resources (HR) Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. The HR Assistant will assist with day-to-day HR functions, including managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and supporting recruitment efforts. The position involves working closely with HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate employee records. Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and HR-related events; coordinate with candidates and employees as needed. Documentation: Prepare and process HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork. Employee Assistance: Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases and employee information with a high level of accuracy. Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and legal requirements. The HR Assistant contributes to the overall efficiency of the HR department by ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification in HR or a related field preferred.
