POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily recruitment activities and administrative tasks. The HR Assistant will play a key role in scheduling, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
