Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Post job openings on job boards and company platforms Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Assist with interview documentation and candidate communication Onboarding & Employee Administration Prepare offer letters and employment contracts Collect and organize new hire documentation Maintain employee personnel files (physical and digital) Assist with onboarding sessions and orientation coordination HR Operations Support Update and maintain HR databases and records Track employee attendance and leave requests Support payroll preparation by compiling timesheets and required data Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper filing of confidential employee records Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations Support HR audits and documentation reviews Requirements Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus
