As such, we’re searching for a highly organized and driven Talent Acquisition Assistant who has the resilience and drive required to help us on that path to support our workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Acquisition - recruitment, onboarding, induction program and record management of new joiners
  • Assist with coordinating candidates and ensuing all documentation is completed in timely manner
  • Assist Human Resources with administrative activities and coordinating HR initiatives
  • Be proactive in following up with candidates and hiring managers know where they are at in the recruitment process in relation to onboarding
  • Maintain People and Culture data bases and systems up to date (checking data integrity) and provide data to payroll in timely manner for new joiners. Many require reporting from systems from time to time
  • Review and provide guidance on how to improve recruitment and onboarding processes with support from People and Culture team
  • Be the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding and induction support and adapting your day to fit with different schedules
  • Proactively responding to requests and questions from candidate and stakeholders in relation to recruitment and onboarding
  • Run reports in relation to recruitment, Human Resources initiatives and other metrics to assist with improving processes
  • Assist with developing org charts and other Human resources activities as directe
