Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientation sessions. - Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases or HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. - Support payroll processing and benefits administration by addressing employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and other HR-related topics. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies through regular monitoring and updates. - Act as a liaison between employees and HR management, resolving routine HR issues and escalating complex matters to appropriate supervisors. - Prepare reports, assist in the development of HR policies, and support various HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in HR support, administration, or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software. - Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
