ABOUT THE JOB:

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting activities in the HR department to support the services provided to our internal clients. The main areas of focus will be Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) maintenance, preparing HR documents and coordination of other clerical functions within the department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Third/fourth-year Human Resources Student or recent graduate of Human Resources Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software.
  • Knowledge of HRIS.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the Human Resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information.
  • Provides overall support to the HR department.
  • Assists with recruitment and hiring process.
  • Executes administrative and clerical tasks when needed, including filing, scanning and ordering.
  • Adheres to the company policies and procedures.
  • Reviews resumes of applicants.
  • Schedules and coordinates interviews.
  • Confirms interview schedules of clients.
  • Prepares HR documents.
  • Updates employee files.
  • Responds to emails.
  • Assists with HR initiatives and special projects.
  • Provides coverage for reception.
