SUMMARY

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Weed Me. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee management, contributing to our mission of building a strong workforce that aligns with our company values.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Human Resources is mandatory.
  • Knowlege of Payroll
  • Valid JHSC Certification
  • Strong interviewing skills with an understanding of talent acquisition processes.
  • Familiarity with Citation systems; experience with Payworks is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
  • Semi Monthly Payroll
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in monthly JHSC Inspections
  • Secretary for JHSC
  • Participate in Quarterly JHSC Meetings
  • Maintain employee records and Citation systems for accurate data management.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
