Working directly under the HR Manager, you’ll bring a wealth of experience in employee relations and a solid understanding of the entire talent lifecycle, from attraction to development. Your stakeholder management skills will be key – you’ll have the ability to challenge, influence, and empower leaders across the organization, helping them navigate employee performance and mitigate risks with confidence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Years of Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist, or business partner roles
  • Expert Guidance on Performance Management – You’ll have a knack for providing clear direction and advice on performance management, coaching stakeholders through any employee-related challenges with confidence and empathy.
  • Employee Relations Mastery – You’ll be the go-to expert for navigating employee relations, offering guidance and support to resolve issues smoothly and ensure a positive, productive work environment.
  • Compliance & Best Practices – Your thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and processes will be key in guiding the team, ensuring compliance at every turn while driving high standards.
  • End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management – From drafting contracts and onboarding to salary reviews and terminations, you’ll oversee and streamline every stage of the employee journey with precision and care.
  • Recruitment Expertise – Take an active role in supporting the Blue Collar labour hire recruitment process, ensuring we bring on top talent to meet the needs of our business.
  • HR Admin Savvy – You’ll keep the department running like a well-oiled machine, providing valuable HR administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication – You’ll help manage and communicate key initiatives such as anniversaries, engagement surveys, performance management processes, and health checks, driving employee connection and satisfaction.
Bring your expertise, creativity, and passion for people to this exciting role where your contributions will truly make an impact!
